Our 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive, structured substance use treatment for individuals who require a higher level of clinical support while still maintaining some independence in the community. This level of care is ideal for individuals who need comprehensive therapeutic services but do not require 24-hour residential supervision.

The program offers a full schedule of therapeutic services during the day, allowing participants to focus on their recovery in a structured environment while returning home or to a supportive living setting afterward. Through evidence-based treatment approaches and individualized care planning, we help participants address the underlying factors contributing to substance use while building the skills necessary for long-term recovery.

Participants in our PHP program receive:

• Structured daily programming and clinical support
• Individual therapy focused on recovery and mental wellness
• Group therapy addressing relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional regulation
• Psychoeducation on substance use, mental health, and recovery strategies
• Aftercare and transition planning for continued recovery support

Our team of experienced behavioral health professionals works closely with each participant to ensure treatment plans are personalized, goal-oriented, and focused on sustainable recovery outcomes.

The goal of our Partial Hospitalization Program is to help individuals stabilize, strengthen their recovery foundation, and successfully transition to the next level of care, whether that includes outpatient services, community support programs, or independent living.

We believe recovery is most successful when individuals are provided with intensive support, compassionate care, and the tools needed to build a healthier future.
