A 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, comprehensive substance use and mental health treatment while allowing individuals to continue living at home and maintaining daily responsibilities such as work, school, and family life.
This level of care is ideal for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient services but do not require 24-hour supervision. Clients participate in scheduled therapeutic services multiple days per week, typically including a combination of group therapy, individual counseling, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention planning.
Our program focuses on helping individuals build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, address underlying issues contributing to substance use, and strengthen their recovery support system. Treatment is personalized to each client’s needs and may also include coordination with community resources, family involvement, and case management services.
Through a structured yet flexible approach, our 2.1 IOP empowers individuals to develop stability, accountability, and long-term recovery while remaining actively engaged in their everyday lives.
