I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I provide therapy in English and Spanish. I describe my counseling approach as person-centered and strengths-based. I aim to meet clients where they are while assisting them in tapping into and growing their existing strengths. In therapy, I incorporate a variety of approaches that are tailored to the individual. I use techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. While I am a generalist, my areas of clinical interest include emotion regulation, ADHD, PTSD, social skills, trauma and stressor-related symptoms, identity and self-esteem, and life transitions/adjustment. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients feel heard, and can develop the tools to navigate through the twists and turns of life.
